At one time our lawmakers made it a law that a mutual fund can not own more than a certain percentage of a company. To make sure that their combine purchasing power could not be use to influence prices. Hedge funds, do not have to bide by such laws. So my question is if this is a good thing for Americans(hedge fund hedging its bet with republicans).
