The Dawning of a Wise democrat

What if I told you there was a country that wanted to protect and give its people freedoms and a better way of life. But. This country did not know how to go about doing it. So, they hired a person, and we went to solve the problem, but found out he could not solve it. So he hired two people to do the job. Those two people oblivious to how to solve the problem hired twice as many people 4. On and on this went until one day a smart man said: you we can never solve this problem because every time they solved the problem it took hiring more people to solve the problem. Which they would do so. However, the fact they added another doublers, employees.
Then one day a lonely citizen observed: wow! all of you people are standing on the back of the first like a pyramid upset down. "It’s going to fall one day"; The nobody said. Everybody looked up to the next person and said; "no it will not: all I see is good people and they are strong.'
Then one day the upside down pyramid, began to strain and groan under the pressure. And. The first person, the president, said; "what is going on up there': Everybody replies, "We need more money to hire more people to hold us together". So, the Man- president - went to the people and said: "Don't worry", we just need to take more money from you to make this work, "Be Happy"

This went on for a very long time: every once in a while a pres would come along and reduce are taxes or give it back. But for the most part the doubling continued on and on. Then one day the lonely citizen came along and said; "live is as certain as you are going to fall" But no one listen, and continued piling up the overwhelmed system of pendulum pyramids. Everybody now knew we were in trouble, but they kept swapping votes for debt.

At last, the lonely citizen came along and said "it’s only a matter of time now". Everybody on the swaying pyramid screamed "Oh, Shut up. We are too busy to deal with you" Then you heard a weak voice from near the bottom squeaked out a question: "If you’re so damn smart; what is the solution,"

The lonely citizen now beaming with pride said; "Why don’t you make half of these strong and wise people get off and go home to a real job. Then you rest. I will come back in a few days to answer your question. But. By then I think you will already know the solution."
