Eminent domain and the Justice Nomination

Going back to the Original Ruling on Eminent Domain I argue that there was no difference between republicans and democrats. Since that time, a progressive movement in both parties has openly exposed itself like a pervert on a street corner. We all now know that the progressive has been secretly and openly trying to push us into a communistic style governemtn. Simply put its a war between states rights and federalist domination.
Which makes this Supreme Court nomination the most important nomination in the history of our government. Stevens ruling even with the exception of eminent domain ruling was mostly a states rights person and less progressive than republic thinking.
Mostly, democrats and republicans alike live by and cheerish the rule of law. They have both depended on it to provide and anchor in which both parties could feel comfortable with when the other party was in power.
How many Progressives do they have on the court...and considering that the last three presidents bent to the will of the progessive...I assume it hangs on balance teetering only slightly.
Which makes this nomination so important. And. It also explains why OBama wants to go outside the traditional avenue of legal scholars to nominate a no name. Obama, and the progressives, wants to guarantee a progressive on the bench. Why. Because in truth To be progressive means anti-established laws thinking. Simply put-the progressives wants to put to death the constitution. And people study all of their live in the legal arena and reached the stature that is required do not hate the law. It is usually contrary. They usually have an obligation so ingrained in them that it is almost impossible to vote against it.
Simply put.
Democratic Democrats and Republic Republican should fight nail and tooth against any nomination that is thrown. This is the vote that will save the constitution and our way of government for another day..........or......if the progressive wins....it will be starting of the time clock that will surely lead us to open and full onslaught of communism.
Fight the nomination with everything you have to fight with.....period...this is legal battle of the century.
