The Start

The U.S. Supreme Court, is deciding on the Health bill right now. The Health bill is the first bill passed by the president that was never voted on in by either houses. True. The congress voted a paper verison on the right. The senate voted a rubber version on the left. Neither were the same, and we got 1 + 2 = 3  Health bill 3 was suppose to be the combination, but it was more of a amalgamation +. So, health bill 3+ is a reconciliation bill never voted on by my congressman or senator. My congressman passed 2,  my senator passed 1, but did not vote on 3+ which was put to together by Nancy, Reid, and Obama. Which brings us to the start.

Since, 911 we lost our right to privacy, our on government spies on us(as openly evidenced by the epa)(which is probably a cover story), our right to own property(supreme court eniment domain  ruling),  our right to self determinations(Ruling just yesterday that a business can choose who it serves(gay rights ruling).
You can argue that any of these could be an indication  to the start of the communismation of America., but those were just eye burning wake up calls.

The start.

Health bill 3(which was never voted on by my congressman) will be found by the supreme court to be in its whole, Legal.

Lets hope I am wrong, but this is the same court that took away our rights to own property without our government's permission. This is a supreme court, which has a ruling member voting on the bill she originally wrote. I will be happy if its fail, and its sad because we need new health care laws. The problem is not the health part, but the out right take over of every business in America and the force induction of every individual into health care slavery.

And if you thing repeal is possible...dream on.  I hold out hope, but I am afraid its a pipe dream.
