Accross the board vs. targeted

There is nothing wrong with an across the board tax increase of 1 percent.

There is everything wrong a targeted tax increase or Vote

Nobody feels it if across the board.

We need to pay our bills, and if it takes throwing money at it after we cut everything.
Then Americans are willing to work overtime to pay out bills.
