FoxNews, AnthonyTrial, and Reasonable Doubt

Fox- your afternoon coverage has change. You have said that the defense has not proved anything toward her innocence.

Here in America:
In order for a person to be considered innocent until proven otherwise; The burden of proof is beyond of reasonable doubt. In my mind, there is no doubt that she is responsable for the death. But did she committ murder?

So far the only thing the prosecution has proved is that the baby is dead.

There is not crime scene. There is no time line. There is no he said she said. All there is really is forensic evidence is that the baby is dead, and the admittance that the mother is the mother, and that the baby died.

There is nothing, really?
Correct me if I am wrong.

I find it amazing that this ever made it to trial. Only in florida I guess.

The thing is everybody hates Casey, and I am one of them, but I hope she gets a fair trial. I dont think she got a trial so far that was fair.

Imagine if that this was a different situation and you are on trial and innocent? Would you be happy with this type of trial ultimately determining your future.

Then we have the media. Which has the lady convicted and repeatley states that the defense has not prove her innocence.... and even brings hear say evidence into the juror room by continuing blasting non-confirmed evidence and he said she said evidence all over there airways...hoping the juror will pick up tidbits of it over the evening?

The court system is completely stacked in the prosecution side by letting the prosecutor stack testimony by testimony by testimony that can not be challenged by rules that prohibits the defence...at least until defense gets a witness on the stand...but by then any half way prosecutor can convince you that water is milk.

Its time as with everything else in this country that we take the next step towards democracy. fair trials.
