One Scam to many

It has noted by me that I am being approached by scammers almost on the daily basis. It has gotten to the point that you can not trust anyone. Our government is larger than any other government in the world. And. It is completely in-effective at stopping crime. Period. It can stop people from walking across our border. It can stop simple cyper crime. I remember thinking that street crime is way down...but I think I know why. Who needs to rob a person at gun point when billions a year is up for grab through scams.
The question is Why:

One our FBI is complete ineffective and are the true keystone cops.

Or

They are (crooks) are being help by big dollars in a hope to financially de-stabalize this country

Or.

It is being tolerated for a political reasons.

What ever the reason: The one that I dont buy is that we have a completely ineffective FBI. They have proved when they are motivated they are the most effective force in the nation. The FBI train police forces all the across the world by invitation.

So, the question remains on the FBI inability to put a crimp on CyberCrime: The question is Why cant they stop it?
