The simple question is the fact that their is no honesty in these hearings. There is no committments in these hearings. It is just a sugar coated, palor trick of a deal.
Do Americans have the right to a open hearing. Unfortunately, I think the answer as in the right to own property, is no. The constitution gave the senate the right to whole hearings but never said it has to be open.
