This is the ugly side of family. You can't chose them, and you can't live their life.
We can't blame the president for his half-brother. It is what it is, and nothing more.

However, this is where I am disgusted with the President. He has the ways and the means to help his brother in any way necessary. He chose not to. He chose to hide him like a republican. He chose to ignore him and hope he would go away. And. His brother have just dug his own hole a lot deeper. Now he is in jail and will life with the mark of criminal on his record for the rest of his life.

The president is a democrat and they to have empathy for the poor and down trodden. Barack himself have claim such empathy. But. When it comes to his own family he cant lift a finger. Why could he not brought his brother over here. Provide him the treatment he needed.

Now, in the best case scenario he is and will spend a part of his life in jail. Worst case he will be used as a pawn in someone getting something in return for something scenario.

Either way, The president humanity...which seems to be absent for his family....failed the test in this case.

Even President Carter, took care of his brother, Billy, warts and all.

Oh well....we are at hopes end anyway when it comes to the party's...Vote America....Vote independent.
