Bill on Cleaning our Pockets

During the 30's you had pyramid schemes on top of pyramid schemes. Millions were taken on Bank runs. Millions were lost on Bank runs. Hundreds jumped to their death.

Out of it the Sec was born.

During the 70's tens of millions was lost by failed land deals, real estate, and bad banking habits.

Out of it guarantee protection of a $100,000 by the fed was born.

In 2008, Billions was lost, One investment Bank almost went belly up but ended up with just a belly flop, builders caught a cold, bankers caught a virus.

Our of it the Foreclosure Prevention Act which Steals Close to 200 billion for the honest hard working middle class.

In the 30's most violators either died by jump or was jailed, or died of starvation.
In the 70's most of the violators went to jail.
In the 8o's The bankers gets(10+) billions to buy the discounted homes.
In the 80's The Builders gets (25) billions to well ...to cover losses.
In the 80's 150 billions is being spent on forclosure counseling(Duh..by who)
In the 80's again the 150 billions for stronger disclosure (Duh...by who)

So to my account close to 200 billion is being stolen by honest hard working citizens that chose to be honest and take a real loan and pay a real loan rate.

Not one of those supposedly dupe forclosed home had occupants that did not know what they were getting into...well ok I suppose a few could not read....and signed their name with a x. It is a flat out and out lie by congress persons that state otherwise.

This bill is about redistributing wealth...simple as that....It is legalized theifery. Notice both parties wants to still our money in this case. The only thing they are arguing about is who gets to redistributes it. Which will end up with a compromise. Since the democrats are in control I assume they will control a mythical figure around 80 percent, with the republicans getting the rest.

In Addition, I willing to bet that once we get the census data on all of these forclosed homes: We will be shocked to find out that most of them were over the middle class price range, let alone the poor.

What should be done Laws...and that is it....We have facilities in place that help people that falls on hard times. The overwhelming majority of the homeowners had their home forclosed on in 2006, 2007, and earlier 2008. How is this bill going to help them.....How. It will not... 80 percent of the forclosed home of this crisises is a done deal. They dont need couseling that will takes years to set up.
It doesnt take any portion of the 150 billions funded in this bill for a stronger laws.

Stop stealing our money. Start doing your jobs. Write laws....laws that prevent this from happening. Roll new laws into the current banking acts we have on the books.
Increase federal laws that will over ride state laws on real estate. 90 percent of the states already have agencies regulating Agents. Just give them bullets to regulate stronger.

Finally....if you are tired of being ripped off by the congress and senate.... Vote independent. I know we have no third party..but we must begin some where ...so vote local...vote state...vote congressionally and for senators...with an independent mind..It does not matter if its a naderite, libertarian, or even a left over perotarian...just vote independent...

Vote America first....Vote independent...
