oil vs. power cell

In the middle seventies, I remember reading several articles on alternative fuels and fuel cell cars. Although the computer had not yet come to dominate like it does today, and technology was way behind todays standards, the cars were basically similar to toadys car.

It was predicted then that we had roughly 30 to 50 years of oil left. We needed a plan.

Since then we have had a democratic controlled congress, a republican controlled congress, republican and democratic presidents, democratic presidents with democratic controlled congresses, and a republican president with a republican controlled congress. Not one........never..............did any of the lot ever make the alternative fuels a priority.

If we had a party that cared about our people, then we would have had real results in that area.
Not one law to protect the works that have been bought up, and otherwise gain and then hidden by the corporations of today.

Basically our parties failed us. We are on the verge of becoming a third world nation, and we still do not have any leadership. Period.

Why. Why would an American trust an democrat or republican controlled president. We must vote independent in order for us to save ourselves, from the pending doom. In order for us to have a world in which we are not dependent on oil, we must find a vision then jump in with two feet. Unfortunately, that kind of vision has long been killed off in our current party system.

So, since we are absent of a third party dedicated to our future, I asking for some one to become my own personal bank so we can find people that will put the american people ahead of the party.
