1. Create a Work visa program that give preference to people who owns property in America.
2. Build a real fence system.
3. Turn your Border police head to the south, and ignore anybody heading south. Make it easy for them to go home. Heck I will give them a ride if the government pays the gas and promises not to take their names.

Not complicated is it. If a dunce head like me can figure it out then surely any independent candidate can do so. Because I think our current politicians has had their chances.
