Once again I write about the 100-day plan of the democrats and the new congress. The funny thing is that most of the plan is neither affects nor offensive to the middle class. However, the minimum wage increase is a direct attack on the middle class. Not only will it take money from you and give it to your kids, it also gives the 12 million illegal aliens in the US a raise, and one more reason to flood our country.
There is absolutely no way that a minimum wage increase is for the middle class, as Nancy retorted.
Its not that I am against minimum wage per se, because very little of the legal population is on minimum wage. However, economically it just doesn’t make much sense in todays climate, and seems only to benefit our neighbor to the south.
It will affect our economy by a little over a 2 billion a year directly, and an unknown amount indirect means.
EFFECTS ON:
California: Big Winner.
Congress: Increase tax dollars for most of next year and the year after to
Spend on pet projects:
Rich: No effects or very little effect because most of the 2 bill will be
made up through the middle class consumer. Almost all will be
pass through to the consumer.
Middle Class: Your kids will get a raise. Some of the 2+ billion a year will
be made up by less middle class hires in the short turn. Long term
INFLATION.
Poor: Very little. Since 1.2+ million operate below the minimum wage
anyway.

Now the last class of people it effect is of course Illegal Aliens.
Why. In Mexico, you are lucky if you earn 1 dollar an hour if you can find
a job. Now we are going to pay our puddle jumpers $7.25 hour. Why it’s a Pelosi Bonanza.
Finally: I just don't get it: Of all our problems, the minimum wage is not one of them. Why then of all things to do in 100 days would the democrats choose this one? There has to be a secret agenda. Maybe its a punishment for the middle class, after all, we did turn a cold cheek to the deem. party for almost 10 years. What is the secret agenda, and I ask this because I don’t see how it benefits America. It creates inflation in the long term at the very minimum. It actually can be argued that it actually reduces the amount of middle class families. We have no further to look Nancy Pelosi's home state of California to come to that conclusion.
Wait, ...maybe I get it...., Na surely not...but lets think about this a second.
Name the state that consistently raise minimum wages and keeps it more than a buck higher. Almost hostile towards business by requiring them to provide twice the amount of employee benefits than the rest of the nation currently provide. A population of business and personal of overtax by a large margin over the rest of the Country? WoW! It’s California. So I ask is not the federal minimum wage increase proposal that will save California. Imagine the effects it will have on the California ability to draw good companies and their ability to compete with the rest of the nation. San Antonio became the real silicone valley because of Cali's tax base on businesses.
So, I have to change my earlier statement: the only two sector a minimum wage will not hurt and benefit is California and our Illegal Aliens from the south. Since the voting Spanish population is up for grabs for both parties; is it not a win/win proposal for Nancy(California) and the dem party?
However reckless it is? This is where we are at and again I must state the middle class must open its eyes because we are under attack by our own politicians. Today more than ever in our history, we need a third party for the middle class.
