It amazes me that everybody is dumb founded on how the murder of our Ambassadors and the up coming attacks on our embassies. Its simple: Obama, JohnnyWalker Joe, and The democrat party caused these Attacks. It is like they put the gun to the head of our assassinated Ambassador. This began with: Johnny Walker Joe getting up on the convention floor and screaming in famous Glee :........is a alive, and Osama Bin laden is dead. Prez Obama making it a keynote feature highlighting his presidential career in his convention speech. The democrat Party made Bin Laden murder the anchor in its platform. Its one thing to kick a persons ass and then going about your business. And Rubbing it in the defeated foe's face on a daily basis. In Bin Laden's case, Just a little somberness would have left the beaten Acadia with out a voice. But with JohnnyWalker Joe screaming on the Democrat's Convention floor: .....Detroit is a live and Osama bin laden is dead... They, Obama N Company, fired the first shots in the chaos that is sure to come. The tragedy is that there is not one news agency will be willing to call the president on it. The democrat leaning agency like CNN and MSNBC will not in order to protect the election. Republican's Foxnews because it is not politically expedient. Then they all, Msnbc, cnn,foxnews, will claim ignorance and in the end more people will get killed, More of our kids, our young men, will find death by gun in strange lands protecting our freedoms: The point: If it was not for JohnnyWalker Joe n Prez..screaming in glee...."Detroit is alive and Osama Bin Laden is dead." The Start

The U.S. Supreme Court, is deciding on the Health bill right now. The Health bill is the first bill passed by the president that was never voted on in by either houses. True. The congress voted a paper verison on the right. The senate voted a rubber version on the left. Neither were the same, and we got 1 + 2 = 3  Health bill 3 was suppose to be the combination, but it was more of a amalgamation +. So, health bill 3+ is a reconciliation bill never voted on by my congressman or senator. My congressman passed 2,  my senator passed 1, but did not vote on 3+ which was put to together by Nancy, Reid, and Obama. Which brings us to the start.

Since, 911 we lost our right to privacy, our on government spies on us(as openly evidenced by the epa)(which is probably a cover story), our right to own property(supreme court eniment domain  ruling),  our right to self determinations(Ruling just yesterday that a business can choose who it serves(gay rights ruling).
You can argue that any of these could be an indication  to the start of the communismation of America., but those were just eye burning wake up calls.

The start.

Health bill 3(which was never voted on by my congressman) will be found by the supreme court to be in its whole, Legal.

Lets hope I am wrong, but this is the same court that took away our rights to own property without our government's permission. This is a supreme court, which has a ruling member voting on the bill she originally wrote. I will be happy if its fail, and its sad because we need new health care laws. The problem is not the health part, but the out right take over of every business in America and the force induction of every individual into health care slavery.

And if you thing repeal is possible...dream on.  I hold out hope, but I am afraid its a pipe dream.

Truth is the friend of Democracy. Truth not law is the anvil that builds a strong republic. In this fact, none but communist and socialist, can disagree. The law, while we hold it high in regard to our protecting the way of live and freedoms that our fathers and forefathers built for us. It is a tool that can be used, has been used and recently been used, and will again, even soon, be used to take away and destroy our freedoms and protection, as well it will surely-hopefully be use to protect us. Our country is at war not with Acaida, Iran, Iraq, Afganistan, etc.,  but with elements within our own society that until just recently we trusted implicitly. No guns will be fired. No soldier will be marched. No Squaring off on sides ready to fight to death for our freedoms will happen. Laws will and is being ignored, our freedoms are being ignored, and more to come, if we do not act. If we do not vote...vote local...and vote with out fail against the parties, despite the fact there are good people in both party. It is for these good people we should vote...to give them the hand they need to move this country towards once again honoring your freedoms.

The word of truth, being smothered with an avalanche of digital misinformation to distract you. Ignore the big and vote small. Get involved locally.

It may be that its to late: We will know when enough people...vote for neither party.

We cant elect an independent in the office of president...so, dont waste the effort.

Begin a the judicial level of voting.

Giving dollars to Obama or Romney is an act of a fool wanting change by supporting the very people that benefits by stagnation.
Give your dollars to that lonely judge that is fighting to maintain his independence.
Give your dollars to people running for local office, for congress, for senate that may be tempted to take dollars from the parties at the cost of towing the party line.

Listening to the Eric Holder hearing over the leaks and fast furious murder scheme cover up.

First the leaks were the release of security information. The fact that Eric Holder is hiding the investigation behind nation security is an insult on the very democratic freedoms they claim to protect.
The truth is there is to many secrets.........There was too many secrets during the Reagan presidency, too many secrets in the Carter administration, to many secrets in Clinton cover up, to many secrets in the Bush administration, and now to many secrets.

American democracy needs McCarthy type of hearing...not in showmanship...not in the volatility, but in the bare raw ass truth. With truth neither side wins....as in the cover up in the Nixon administration...McCarthy type of hearings make it so painful that what needs be done...gets done.

America's need the leaker's to go to jail...and there is no doubt that Obama would throw the guilty party to the wolves to avoid McCarthy type of hearings....America need to find truth where truth lays in our quest of making wise selections for office.
America's need people to be fired...and people to go to jail...in fast and furious. The truth here is there is more to the story that bone heads in Washington getting a great person murdered. The question that needs to be answered...and we should have on...is .....................WHY! There absolutely no truth to the fact that Fast and furious to track guns. The truth is one of two things.
1. Fast and Furious was an ongoing campaign to build a case for disarming American's
or
2. Elements in our country is trying to bring down our current democratic system. Arming drug dealers when you know Our enemies are trying to recruit them to import terrorism into our country. Basically, you are arming our enemies during their acts of war against us.

Both cases the net effect of the campaign weakens the country to defend our way of life.

The truth is that the Hearings...like the senate hearing this morning are not fact finding. They are part of the democratic campaign system. America can not afford the two party system, anymore. We have grown to large...and both the republicans and democrats play a game in which nothing but campaign material comes out of the hearings. We need a third party that will stop the two bully's from running roughshod over America.. 

Most importantly America needs a way to get the facts....period. The Nixon hearings proved one thing. They work...at getting to the truth...So, lets stop this show and tell politics. And if the two parties cant referee properly...then we need a third party to do so..to keep the fire on water.

Why Gingrich?
There is a lot to be said to a man that wears his flaws and mistakes on his shoulder and clear sight.
A man like that owes no one.
There is no hiding the fact that Gingrich was kick out of the party leadership. But was it for something he did....or for the fact he would not cave in to the republican party.
To date: There has been nothing said or done  against Gingrich that even slightly indicate a corrupt man.
No. The fact is that he was not tried by a legal jury of his peers. In fact the only hearing ever(Pelosi) was hidden by his opponents.

But Gingrich was Ran out of leadership of the party: There is no denying that fact. But consider this fact.

Since Gingrich was ran out of leadership America was been in a downward spiral of decay. So totally is the decay that China owns half of our government.

Imagine where we would have been if Gingrich got his way and was not ran out of leadership. Imagine America with that leadership.

Going into the Republican campaign Romney had unlimited check book, Santorium had a billion dollar backer, Paul had millions upon millions, and Gingrich had his wit.

Is it any surprise  Romney the anointed is going to win it.

But its not the question: The question is why?

We know that each of these candidates were chosen and allowed to run because of their flaws. Every candidate but Romney has one quirk that makes them a non choice for most hard core republicans.

Looking forward I predicted we would get to this point: in spite of the fact....we do not want Romney for President.
Looking back we are were we are at today, exactly as predicted, It screams a stage act to provide cover for the anointed one.

Just once...for our own good..we should swallow our food and hold our nose while voting against the money.

Election by polls has to stop! Ever wonder why congress, the senators, and president doesn't seem to hear or want to help you with your issues. Its not fiction that they don't hear you. They only hear the polls.

Why! They only listen two things.
1. Money...Nobody should be surprise Romney is winning. Big Money Power Heads has bought his election. But that alone is not enough.
2. Polls. Tell the candidates what to say to get elected. %90 percent of the words coming out of the canidates is either for the benefit of the money, or they one thing that the polls tell will elect them. Your concerns be damn.

The sad truth is that elections will always be elected by the slick back, use car salesman like person. For the bid dollar its all about the package...and they will not give us an ugly candidate. We cant do anything about that unless we want to destroy our government and sell ourselfs into a cuba like society of slavery.

What we can do is.....................Lie........Just lie.....until they listen. Sounds like a living breathing oxy-moron right.  But until we dis-credit poll taking the candidate will not listen to you. And. Will have always a Narrow minded Money Driven  Candidacy.

The simple act of Lie to poll takers will force the candidate to keep his ears to the ground and every new issue will become part of a platform.
Every notice; that candidates, and parties never tout a platform. Before the polls prominence Parties had platform agendas built over time and listening to the people.

Now the candidate pick one Issue, the one the polls tell them it will get them elected, is the thing they will listen you about and that pretty much it.

The greatest thing that can happen tomorrow is that Gingrich wins by a land slide in Florida.

The Flat Tax- Really

The flat tax is an idea that is like a stinky old fart floating from republican candidates mouth.

You have have to look beyond the money that put that idea in your candidates mouth. In the true fashion, I will find a diamond  in the Ruff.

The only advantage talking about the flat tax comes in knowing the people that talk its talk knows the number behind the tax. And. The question is "What is the amount of Tax  needed"   to label with the flat tax idea.

In the previous election cycle it was 15%.
Now its is 20%

Its not that its a good thing but its obvious that the Obama office has cost us %5 more taxes.

Perry! Perry ! Perry!

The hardest thing for a politician to do is to time is entry and exit from the race.
Perry gets an A+. What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah he gets an A+.
No, not because he supporting Ginghrich. Although  that is plus because I a Newt'OR.

Perry, Sure he was selling a book, as with most of the candidates that runs for the marble lined office.

But, Perry Ideas had a tenacity to be off the wall, but the core ones, the one that he showed a passion for.
Like states rights, proves he was a true candidate for the american people.

His arguments were not for a group, like right to live groups money, or oil money, but it was for states rights.

He did receive money, but it was very obvious that his positions would not draw the big dollar.
The sad thing is that he was not ready for president and he was being handled. Very much like Obama in this same phase. I argue that Obama despite his awfulness as president would have been a great president had Kennedy not die. But it was quickly obvious that Perry Handlers were not like Obamas. And the last thing we need is another Obama....and especially a bad Obama model.

However, he really brought forward to the platform states rights, and stuck to his guns, in spite the fact that it did not endure him to the power heads. Come back to Texas Rick with your head held high...you did a good job for America.

Romney latest moves.

Good news for the Gingrich and the preppy man.  Romney had to play one of his hold cards.

Huntsman retires from the race....and Surprise! Surprise! He endorses Romney.

Further proving the strategy by the republican power heads was not to give you a legit vote.
Romney the anointed must have needed the 6 percent to keep him on top. Further trying to sell him as the only choice.

Absent of a legitimate vote.... Obama is looking pretty good right now.

Or....Lets fire every one of those senatorial and congressional Republican bums that planned out this split the vote for Romney plan that force you to thumb your throat before you vote.

Are alternatives:
1. Vote for Obama and republican dominated houses.
2 Vote for Romney and fire the damn republicans that set this Make believe election in motion.

Or rally against Romney, Now.

The question is who do we rally around: I argue against Sanatorium for two reasons. 1. Sweater vest wearing preps accounts for less than %10 of the nation. 2. Sanatorium is to right, and will further devide Americans. 3. Gingrich owes less to the power heads...and he is more of a worker man candidate.

So, Now is the time....to pick one...plan on voting for...something you do not like.

Super Rich vs Working Rich-Obama vs. Republicans

Lets put to rest right now that Obama got his Campaign money from the poor. He has done more to hurt the poor and the minorities than the combine last three presidents. He has the popularity rating slightly higher than a flea on a dogs tail.
Democrats vs Republican is actually the Uber Rich(buffet, Soros, Gates) Vs. the Working Rich.

Obama Raising almost 10 times the average Republican Proves with out a shadow of doubt. The Donkey Lie:

They are for the poor. The poor did not give Obama 384 million during christmas/holiday season. He is the benefactor of the Uber Rich.

The Uber Rich is top of the pile. They do not need to make money to stay on top of the pile. So, Their danger is from Working Rich(Republican Rich). You See there is the Republican Rich and then there is their bosses The democratic Rich. Where we stand...well the only good news here is that they need us. So, they both play the game...Dupe the Real American: the poor, the middle class, and the lower rich. And we fall for it time after time.

We did not give Obama his money: its comes from the uber rich...no question.

That is the reason I like Newt Gingrich...Not because he is not beholden in this war of the rich vs the rich, but because he is less beholden. It was interesting to see the rich power heads coming on fox threatening Newts supporter to cut of any financial loans if they decide to expand.
It was interesting seeing Fox News Casters, that suppose to be non bias...building the case for how it was so nasty of Newt for seeking the truth.
The last two days....accomplished one thing...Proves the News are trying to manipulate you. The fix has always been in for Mitt Romney.
It proves that you cant be in the republican party and be independent. It runs you regardless of mass desires.

What the Republican party must realize is that they are on trial this primary. Over %40 present of the nation + those that you will loose from the Romney anointment will abandon any hope of being part of the party.

The Poll is only good for two things.
1. To find that one issue for the candidate to push to get your vote.

The ranks of the independents are growing. The amount of disenfranchised are growing. And. Its at the bane and strong arm of the poll. Thusly you have one issue candidates: Like Santorium. One issue candidates owes the voter nothing.

The question: How to over come the problem. Its simple:

USA Vs The Supreme Court

Some people would argue that today the EPA is on Trial  for stealing the Sackett Land.
Sure our land rights and the right to own property in on trial.

More importantly today we find...as soon as the Supreme court rules... find out if we  have a freedom leaning supreme Court.

Some people have question the courts socialist leanings up to the federal court of appeals and the court of appeals itself. Now, today's sackett vs epa case will tell us (freedom loving Americans) if we do have in fact any hope of freedoms left here in America.

In Reality the Supreme Court is on trial today. This is the first chance for the supreme court to reverse there last eminent domain ruling against right to own property.

What they do today will tell us if we have a constitutional court or a hidden socialist court.

This is really a "Honey Bar the Door" ruling that is about to happen. A ruling for the EPA will prove that our courts are progressive communist leaning in believes and behaviors.

How did we get to this point...
1. Progressive republicans leaders(hidden among constitutionist republicans..
2. Progressive socialist Democrats.
3. Department system of government not answerable to the voters(fda, epa, etc.)
4. 20 years of hidden socialist thinking judges.
